De situatie waarin de mensheid en de aarde zich vandaag bevinden, verplicht UPERIO, net zoals elk ander bedrijf, om stappen te ondernemen. Samen moeten we streven naar het verminderen van de negatieve impact van onze activiteiten om zowel het menselijk welzijn als de planeet te beschermen.
Sustainable Development Goals
Daarom hebben we 5 pijlers en 10 domeinen geïdentificeerd waarin we ons engageren om duurzame doelstellingen te bereiken ten aanzien van onze stakeholders. Deze doelstellingen zijn gebaseerd op de Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) die in 2015 zijn vastgesteld.

Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the Partnership for Sustainable Development.
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries - developed and developing - in a global partnership.
All stakeholders are calling to contribute: government, civil society, companies, investors and citizens.
